• At AFRICQUA/ MOUNT AQUA Spring Water we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment by:
• Reducing the amount of PET plastic used in our bottles by 16%
• Bottling in PET Plastic. PET bottles require 24% less energy to produce, generate 40% less solid waste and emit 46% less carbon during shipping than glass bottles
• Packaging the finished product in recyclable cardboard boxes
• Streamlining our delivery process to minimize fuel consumption and emissions
• To use ocean freight as it is a more fuel efficient means of transport for export
